Originating from the ballet discipline, BARRE incorporates movements derived from classical ballet dance movements combined with yoga and pilates positions.
This hybrid session aims to develop a medium-impact full body workout emphasizing the use of rhythm and expression to tone and extend one's body lines while strengthening the core. Routines would incorporate barre and off-barre (center) exercises for isolated movements which are targeted to develop control and a particular aesthetic.
